Gift vouchers from Aesthetics by Lucy can be purchased for various treatments and services. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Purchase and Redemption

• Gift vouchers are available for purchase at www.aestheticsbylucy.com.au
• Vouchers can be redeemed for treatments and services at Aesthetics by Lucy.
• To redeem a gift voucher, present it at the time of your appointment.

Validity

• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Limitations

• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
• Partial redemption is allowed, but the remaining balance will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

• To avoid forfeiting a fee, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 fee.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will also result in a $100 fee.

• By providing your credit card information, you authorise Aesthetics by Lucy to charge the cancellation or no-show fee if applicable.
